About the role
The Director of Food & Beverage is the strategic leader of the property’s food, beverage and culinary operations, overseeing restaurants, bars, room service and banquets. You will drive brand service strategy, grow revenues and ensure the department meets financial targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with brand initiatives.
- Oversee all food & beverage outlets, ensuring service standards meet target customer expectations.
- Review financial reports, monitor budget performance and recommend CAPEX for equipment and renovations.
- Lead employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives across the F&B team.
- Collaborate with property leadership to create property‑wide strategies that deliver ROI.
Required profile
- High school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, etc., with at least 4 years of experience.
- Proven experience in food & beverage, culinary, or event management within a hospitality setting.
