Assistant Manager – Physician Reviewer

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Physician Review team. The role involves reviewing clinical information and medical records, summarising relevant data according to established guidelines, and ensuring high‑quality documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse clinical information/medical records and produce concise summaries.
• Maintain and update reports as required, meeting productivity and quality targets.
• Work within defined timelines and obtain necessary sign‑offs from stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings and calls, ensuring availability as needed.
• Collaborate with the program/project manager and function both independently and as part of a team.

Required profile

• MBBS (India) or MD (foreign graduate); MCI licence preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
• Prior exposure to US healthcare preferred (optional).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• High personal and professional ethics, analytical mindset, and problem‑identification abilities.
• Ability to work remotely with a high‑speed broadband connection.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
