About the role
The Assistant Manager Front Office will support the Front Office Manager in delivering seamless guest experiences at Hyatt Place Aurangabad Airport. This role ensures the front desk operates efficiently, aligning with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the day‑to‑day management of the front desk, including guest check‑in/check‑out, reservations, and billing.
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to resolve guest issues promptly.
- Support scheduling, training, and performance monitoring of front office staff.
- Prepare reports and assist in budgeting and inventory control for the front office area.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader in Front Office or Guest Relations within a hotel.
- Strong communication and customer‑relation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment and uphold brand standards.
