About the role
The Bogmallo Beach Resort is seeking an Assistant Manager Finance to join its on‑site finance team. This full‑time position will support the senior management team by overseeing the resort’s financial operations, ensuring accurate budgeting, compliance, and insightful reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day financial operations of the resort.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
- Assist with internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide data‑driven insights to senior management for strategic decision‑making.
- Collaborate with all departments to streamline financial processes and control costs.
Required profile
- Proficiency in financial management, accounting principles and budgeting.
- Experience preparing financial reports, conducting audits and ensuring compliance.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance; hospitality experience is a plus.
Required skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Proficiency with financial software.
