Assistant Manager - Designer

About the role

Wipro is seeking an Assistant Manager‑Designer to join its Data, Analytics & AI (DAAI) team. You will own visual storytelling and design execution for high‑impact strategic content, including executive presentations, campaigns, thought‑leadership assets, and digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality executive presentations (board decks, reviews, capability packs) that translate complex AI/data concepts into clear visuals.
• Co‑develop storylines with content teams, turning unstructured inputs into structured visual communication.
• Create campaign assets, newsletters, microsites, and digital formats while ensuring consistency across PPT, PDF, and web.
• Build and maintain templates, layout systems, and design standards; act as a quality gate for all design outputs.
• Leverage AI tools and modern design workflows to improve speed, experiment with modular, motion, and interactive formats.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of professional experience in design or visual communication.
• Strong presentation and information‑design skills with the ability to structure ambiguous content independently.
• Excellent understanding of layout, hierarchy, and typography.
• Storyteller mindset, comfortable working with senior stakeholders, detail‑oriented and quality‑driven.
