Visual Merchandiser

About the role

As a Visual Merchandiser you will shape the in‑store experience by translating brand guidelines into compelling visual displays that inspire customers and drive sales. Working closely with store management and the wider area team, you will ensure that every product is presented in line with H&M’s commercial and sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement visual, commercial and styling concepts according to store calendars and guidelines.
• Analyze sales data, monitor stock levels and ensure proper garment care.
• Identify visual and commercial opportunities and collaborate with store management to act on them.
• Coach store staff on trend insights and visual standards to enhance the customer journey.
• Support store expansion projects and contribute to market‑wide visual initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven visual merchandising and commercial experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales reports and act on findings.
• Passion for fashion and a solution‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire store teams.
• Flexible, proactive and able to work collaboratively across locations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and store layout planning.
• Ability to work with sales data and basic reporting tools.
