About the role
Groww is seeking an Assistant Manager – Administration to lead end‑to‑end travel operations and workplace administration initiatives. The role ensures seamless employee travel experiences while overseeing critical administrative processes across its offices.
Key responsibilities
- Manage corporate travel operations, including domestic and international flight, hotel, visa, forex, and airport transfer bookings.
- Enforce travel policy compliance and identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
- Partner with travel vendors and agencies to deliver a smooth employee experience and handle escalations.
- Track travel budgets, utilization trends, and report on optimization initiatives.
- Support overall office administration and workplace operations, managing vendor relationships and service quality.
- Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with administration policies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on employee experience initiatives and monitor administration budgets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in corporate travel management and vendor management.
- Strong ability to manage multiple administrative functions in a high‑growth environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
