Assistant Clinical Nurse

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Clinical Nurse to join our team at a leading Indian hospital. The role involves providing direct patient care, supporting the nursing team, and ensuring accurate documentation of clinical information.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history and symptoms of patients.
• Administer medication and prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients' health status and report changes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies.
• Deliver bedside care and operate medical equipment safely.
• Participate in regular in‑service education sessions.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and a nursing qualification (GNM, BSc or MSc Nursing).
• 3 months to 5 years of experience in nursing, including patient assessment and care planning.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with colleagues.
• Initiative, moral support, and a compassionate physical approach to patients.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
