About the role
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving revenue targets within the assigned region. You will nurture relationships with channel partners and lead a team of Sales Managers to ensure smooth business processes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet premium and revenue targets in the designated area.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with channel partners to foster incremental business development.
- Supervise and support channel partners to ensure efficient business process flow.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Managers, ensuring adherence to organisational processes.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on target achievement.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within a regional or area‑based role.
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
