Cluster Manager – Third Party Distribution

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Cluster Manager – Third Party Distribution to drive insurance business for Birla Sunlife Insurance through Indian Bank’s channel partners in Lucknow. The role focuses on building and managing relationships with assigned partners, guiding them to promote insurance solutions to their customers, and ensuring consistent quarterly growth while collaborating with an internal support team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop insurance business opportunities with assigned relationship/channel partners in the designated zone.
• Convince partners to actively market Birla Sunlife Insurance products to their client base.
• Provide comprehensive pre‑sales and post‑sales support to partners and end‑customers.
• Monitor partner performance, deliver feedback, and implement improvement plans.
• Prepare regular business reports and track key performance indicators.
• Coordinate with internal underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Achieve sales targets and drive steady quarterly growth.

Required profile

• Strong orientation towards achieving sales targets and business growth.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills with channel partners.
• Ability to guide partners in influencing their customers to invest in insurance products.
• Experience in insurance or financial services distribution is preferred.
