About the role
The Area Manager will be responsible for generating insurance business within an assigned geographic zone by working through relationship and channel partners. The role focuses on driving sales of Birla Sunlife Insurance products, ensuring both pre‑sale and post‑sale support, and achieving consistent quarterly growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop insurance business opportunities through assigned relationship/channel partners.
- Convince partners to promote Birla Sunlife Insurance products to their end‑customers.
- Provide comprehensive pre‑sale and post‑sale support to partners and their clients.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to service partners and ensure smooth execution.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain steady business growth each quarter.
Required profile
- Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a focus on quarterly performance.
- Ability to work closely with partners and internal teams.
- Experience in insurance or financial services sales is advantageous.
