APAC Regional Talent Acquisition Director - Manufacturing and Supply Chain

About the role

The Director of Talent Acquisition for Manufacturing and Supply Chain (MSC) will lead Cargill's APAC hiring strategy, ensuring the region attracts high‑quality talent to support business growth. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape workforce plans, partner with HR Business Partners and drive a data‑informed hiring approach.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi‑year talent acquisition strategy aligned with MSC business priorities across APAC.
• Build, coach and manage a distributed recruiting team, fostering inclusion, accountability and high performance.
• Oversee end‑to‑end professional hiring delivery, ensuring consistent service levels and strong hiring outcomes.
• Implement and continuously improve the recruiting operating model, tools and processes.
• Develop proactive sourcing and pipeline strategies to secure diverse talent for current and future needs.
• Act as a strategic workforce advisor to business leaders, providing market insights and data‑driven recommendations.
• Partner with branding teams to enhance employer brand and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in talent acquisition, preferably within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate workforce needs into hiring strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, influencing senior leaders across multiple countries.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics to improve hiring speed, quality and diversity.
