Android Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Android Developer with strong automation scripting abilities to design, build and test high‑quality mobile applications. The role involves close collaboration with QA, product and backend teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions, preferably for banking or wealth‑management products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high‑performance Android applications using Kotlin or Java.
• Create, execute and maintain automation scripts for mobile testing (Appium, Espresso, UI Automator).
• Ensure application quality through unit, functional and automated testing.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups and retrospectives.
• Continuously improve app performance, reliability and usability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and defects.
• Maintain code quality via code reviews and best‑practice guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Android development with Kotlin or Java.
• Hands‑on experience with mobile automation tools and test‑script development.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON and common mobile architecture patterns (MVVM/MVP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version‑control systems (Git).
• Strong debugging and problem‑solving abilities.
