Trainee Engineer – BTP (F/M/D)

About the role

Join EagleBurgmann as a Trainee Engineer focused on Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions. You will work in an agile environment, contributing to cloud‑based applications that support our industrial sealing technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server‑side applications using Node.js.
• Design and consume REST APIs to build scalable, responsive services.
• Collaborate with front‑end developers to integrate business applications into cloud platforms.
• Participate in full‑stack development tasks, covering both backend and frontend aspects.
• Write clean, efficient code and conduct code reviews to improve quality.
• Support continuous improvement of development processes and standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science or a comparable field.
• Strong experience in backend development with JavaScript and Node.js.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP and REST API development.
• Good communication and teamwork skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, take ownership, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
