About the role

The Airport Operations Manager – Car Parking leads the ground transport business, driving revenue and ensuring safe, compliant, and high‑quality services across parking, car rentals, taxis, ride‑sharing, and shuttle operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategies to maximise revenue from all ground‑transport services, including dynamic pricing, premium offerings and loyalty programmes.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to promote services and optimise pricing based on demand and competition.
• Support continuous improvement of ground‑transport operations, implementing innovative solutions to boost efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards; conduct regular safety audits and training.
• Liaise with clients, partners, contractors, unions, regulatory bodies and local authorities to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
• Lead, mentor and develop the team, fostering collaboration, accountability and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop risk‑management and incident‑response plans to identify, assess and mitigate operational risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing ground‑transport or airport‑related operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of revenue growth.
• Excellent knowledge of safety, compliance and regulatory requirements in transport services.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Leadership experience with a focus on coaching and developing teams.
• Effective risk‑management and incident‑response capabilities.
