Advertising Sales Manager – FMCG, Consumer Internet, Gaming

About the role

We are hiring for the role of Advertising Sales Manager for FMCG, Consumer Internet and Gaming verticals within Paytm Ads.

Key responsibilities

• Become an expert in Paytm Ads solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs.
• Own end‑to‑end key business metrics like ads revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with clients and navigate complex relationships.
• Present Paytm’s advertising solutions to CXOs, media heads, brand managers and agency partners of large brands.
• Build a strong pipeline of media briefs and respond with customized pitches and proposals aligned with client business and marketing objectives.
• Work closely with the campaign delivery and optimization team to monitor and deliver expected results to the advertiser.
• Lead cross‑team initiatives to build innovative advertising solutions for key advertisers.
• Provide constant feedback to the product team to improve advertising performance and customer experience.

Required profile

• 7+ years of relevant experience in advertising sales or related business verticals.
• Proven experience in managing programs, categories or business verticals.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work cross‑functionally with diverse teams.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills with the ability to deep‑dive into problems.
• Comfortable thriving in ambiguous settings, exercising sound judgment and meeting tight deadlines.
