About the role
Licious is looking for an Administrative Executive to drive smooth office operations and vendor management across its fast‑growing Bengaluru office. You will be the backbone of facility, procurement, and employee experience functions, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships, process purchase orders, invoices and payments, and renew service contracts.
- Oversee facility operations including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and ensure all annual maintenance contracts are serviced on time.
- Maintain office infrastructure, resolve technical issues, and conduct regular audits for hygiene and safety.
- Support employee engagement events, onboarding/offboarding, and coordinate travel and accommodation logistics.
- Maintain documentation for vendors, payments, inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards and cost analysis related to admin operations.
Required profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Operations or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in office administration or workplace management.
- Proven experience managing vendors, events and facility operations in a fast‑growing organization.
