Active Directory Expert

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Active Directory Expert to design, implement and maintain its Windows directory services across on‑premises and cloud environments. The role is based in Delhi/NCR and will involve close collaboration with infrastructure and security teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, create and troubleshoot Active Directory domain trusts and replication topology.
• Manage FSMO roles, Kerberos Key Distribution Centers and overall AD health.
• Install, configure and support Microsoft Active Directory 2008/2012 environments.
• Implement and administer Azure Active Directory and Office 365 integration.
• Perform manual schema updates, granular permission changes and AD OU design.
• Create, enforce and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects, including precedence and blocking.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts (v3‑v5) for automation and reporting.
• Monitor domain reliability and security, producing regular reports.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of hands‑on experience with Windows Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Strong understanding of domain trusts, FSMO roles, Kerberos, replication and security concepts.
• Proven ability to design OU structures, manage schema changes and granular permissions.
• Experience with Office 365 tenant administration.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
