Accountant – Full-time, On-site in Belgaum

About the role

Pace Travels is seeking a full-time Accountant to join its team in Belgaum. You will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations and ensuring accurate record‑keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Record financial transactions and maintain general ledger.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and statements.
• Support budgeting, financial forecasting, and tax preparation.
• Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and preparing financial statements.
• Hands‑on experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliation.
• Familiarity with tax preparation, compliance, and audit processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
