About the role
Adobe is expanding its ICX‑Reseller sales team and is looking for an Account Manager to drive revenue growth with a focused cohort of reseller accounts. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships, guiding product adoption, and delivering strategic cross‑sell and upsell initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with large reseller customers, engaging managers, decision‑makers and C‑suite stakeholders.
- Map target organisations at the departmental level to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive Net Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by executing strategic account planning, need assessments and extensive account reviews.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross‑sell opportunities for Adobe Digital Media solutions.
- Co‑sell with partners, coordinating with internal support and product teams to ensure smooth adoption.
- Monitor key performance indicators, mitigate cancellations and maximize gross revenue.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management or sales within technology or digital media environments.
- Strong ability to build long‑term relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on revenue growth and customer success.
- Comfort working with large, complex accounts and navigating organisational structures.
