Account Manager – Data, Voice & Fixed Line

About the role
Airtel is looking for an Account Manager to drive business acquisition and growth across Data, Voice, Broadband and Fixed Line services in the assigned territory. You will act as the single point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience and delivering revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with B2B customers.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets for Data (Internet bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud), Voice (postpaid) and Fixed Line services.
- Identify and acquire new accounts (hunting) while cross‑selling multiple product lines to existing customers.
- Build and manage healthy sales funnels for all three lines of business.
- Monitor competition, gather market intelligence and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Negotiate and close contracts to maximise revenue.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and resolve any customer issues.
Required profile
- Graduate degree, preferably B.Tech or B.E.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B field sales experience, preferably in telecom.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage with senior (CXO) stakeholders.
- Customer‑obsessed mindset with a proactive, ownership‑driven attitude.
