About the role
Google’s Large Customer Sales team is looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive growth for major advertisers across Search, YouTube, Measurement and more. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate the AI‑era of advertising and achieve ambitious business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high‑value customers alongside account managers, delivering on revenue targets and ensuring a positive sales experience.
- Build credibility with senior executives, understand their business drivers, and develop multi‑quarter growth plans.
- Identify new advertising opportunities, mitigate risks, and expand investment across Google’s full suite of products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strategic solutions and measurable outcomes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 + years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development or digital marketing (or 6 + years with an advanced degree).
- Proven experience working with advertisers, agencies or large clients.
- Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of both traditional and online marketing strategies.
- Ability to think strategically, lead multiple projects and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
