Zonal Head – Mysore

About the role

The Zonal Head will lead BharatPe’s business across Mysore and surrounding regions, driving growth for payments, loans, and merchant services. You will be responsible for a large merchant base, high transaction volumes, and a significant revenue target while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve annualized TPV of over $0.5 bn and manage a merchant base of 200K+
• Drive top‑line growth across loans, swipe, and merchant acquisition in 10+ cities across two states
• Set and deliver targets aligned with the Annual Operating Plan for multiple product lines
• Identify and implement market‑driven growth opportunities through continuous feedback
• Prepare product‑level AOPs based on market dynamics and competition insights
• Hire, mentor, and ensure 100% staffing of Area Sales Managers and Territory Managers
• Lead a team of 6‑7 ASM’s and 28‑30 Territory Managers, fostering high performance
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Data Science, Product, and Support teams to streamline operations

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading large sales or operations teams in fintech or related sectors
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and transaction volume targets
• Excellent strategic thinking with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans
• Hands‑on experience in hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Ability to work across multiple cities and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives
