Yoga Instructor – Reformer Pilates Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Yoga Instructor with a strong background in fitness to join our Lucknow studio. After a probationary training period, you will lead independent Reformer Pilates sessions for individuals and groups. The position includes a 2‑year employment bond and a compensation package ranging from 25,000 INR to 32,000 INR per month.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one and group Reformer Pilates classes, ensuring correct and safe equipment usage.
• Design, adapt, and modify workout programs based on client goals, fitness levels, and physical limitations.
• Monitor client progress, provide feedback, and foster a motivating, client‑focused environment.
• Maintain equipment hygiene and adhere to safety protocols.

Required profile

• Certified Fitness Trainer or Personal Trainer with hands‑on experience.
• Strong interest in building a long‑term career in Reformer Pilates.
• Willingness to complete in‑house Pilates training and subsequently train clients independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Reformer Pilates techniques.

• Understanding of biomechanics, strength‑training principles, posture, and injury‑prevention.
