Workday HCM Consultant (Core HCM) – Walk-in Drive

About the role

Tata Consultancy Services is conducting a walk‑in drive to recruit experienced Workday HCM Consultants for its Delhi/Noida offices. The role focuses on configuring, supporting and enhancing Workday Core HCM solutions while partnering with HR and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules according to business requirements.
• Design, develop and optimise Workday Business Processes for HR operations.
• Create and maintain custom, advanced, matrix reports and dashboards.
• Develop complex Calculated Fields to meet reporting and business needs.
• Configure and manage Workday security roles, domain security policies and business process security.
• Support data loading and extraction using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
• Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve Workday production issues.
• Collaborate with HR teams to streamline employee lifecycle processes.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment and post‑production support.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, security standards and governance requirements.
• Provide end‑user training and documentation as required.

Required profile

• 4 to 13 years of experience in Workday HCM implementations.
• Strong expertise in Core HCM, Business Process Framework, Reporting and Calculated Fields.
• Ability to work onsite and interact with cross‑functional teams.
