About the role

Nirmana Design and Construction is seeking skilled Welder/Fabricators to join the team at the Apollo Tyres Factory in Chalakudy. The role involves executing welding and structural fabrication tasks on a high‑visibility manufacturing project, offering a stable work environment with growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform welding operations (MIG, TIG, or as required) on structural components.
• Carry out metal fabrication tasks according to project specifications.
• Interpret basic technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate execution.
• Maintain strict safety standards and quality workmanship on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to meet project timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a welder or fabricator.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings or blueprints.
• Commitment to safety and high‑quality work.
• Strong work ethic, sincerity, and reliability.
