Web Developer – Build & Test Web Applications

About the role

We are looking for a Web Developer to design, build and test web‑based applications that support various components of our websites. The role involves editing and updating site content, documenting technical designs and continuously researching new content to enhance user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and thoroughly test web applications for multiple site components.
• Edit, update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Document technical designs, specifications and architecture details.
• Research and integrate the latest content, features and best practices into web solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and align on project goals.
• Lead performance‑improvement initiatives and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in web development.
• Strong understanding of web development principles, debugging and troubleshooting.
• Excellent written communication for clear technical documentation.
• Ability to work onsite in Bengaluru and coordinate with multiple teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Ab Initio.
• Experience with web development frameworks and content management systems.
