Web Designer Trainer (Part‑time/Full‑time) – Ahmedabad

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Web Designer Trainer to join our IT Training Center in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. The role involves delivering hands‑on training to freshers, either onsite in the morning or remotely throughout the day, for a minimum of 2 hours and up to 4 hours daily.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct web design and UI/UX training sessions for beginner trainees.
• Prepare and deliver training material covering Photoshop, wireframing, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript basics, responsive design, Bootstrap, and WordPress.
• Manage both offline (08:00‑10:00 AM) and online (08:00‑20:00 PM) training schedules based on availability.
• Provide practical exercises, code reviews, and feedback to ensure trainee progress.
• Maintain a professional and engaging learning environment.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (any discipline) with strong communication skills.
• 1‑5 years of hands‑on experience as a Web Designer, UI/UX Front‑End Developer, or similar role.
• Prior experience as a trainer or instructor is preferred.
• Local candidate preferred; willingness to work alongside an existing job.

Required skills

• HTML5 and CSS3 (including slicing).
• Basic JavaScript for customization and validation.
• Adobe Photoshop for web templates and logo design.
• Wireframing and overall web design workflow.
• Responsive design principles and Bootstrap framework.
• Fundamental knowledge of WordPress.

What we offer

• Professional Trainer remuneration: INR 5,000 – 8,000 per month (part‑time).
• Corporate Trainer package: INR 20,000 – 25,000 for a 10‑day (≈50‑60 hrs) intensive program.
