About the role

We are seeking a specialist Luxury Retail & Hospitality Trainer to join our team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on curating and delivering high‑impact training that reflects the heritage and standards of world‑renowned luxury maisons.

Key responsibilities

• Transform brand heritage into evocative, high‑impact training modules.
• Design visual training content that aligns with luxury visual codes.
• Elevate service delivery from functional to emotional, ensuring strict adherence to maison standards.
• Mentor and develop talent, fostering the next generation of luxury professionals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain consistency of luxury experience across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of exclusive experience within ultra‑luxury environments (e.g., LVMH, Hermès, Chanel or equivalent high‑jewelry and timepiece houses).
• Deep vertical expertise in haute couture, fine watchmaking mechanics, and high perfumery.
• Proven track record of creating extraordinary visual training content.
• Strong cultural fluency and personal alignment with luxury lifestyle and etiquette.
