Web Designer & Developer

About the role

The Web Designer & Developer will create, code and modify websites according to client specifications, ensuring visually appealing layouts, intuitive navigation and a seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and executive management to translate requirements into functional web solutions.
• Design and implement responsive user interfaces that work across browsers and devices.
• Develop and maintain web applications using HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Integrate APIs and web services (REST, SOAP) to extend site functionality.
• Apply security best‑practice for e‑commerce platforms.
• Communicate regularly with cross‑functional teams to ensure project alignment.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of UI principles, cross‑browser compatibility and web standards.
• Experience planning and delivering software platforms across multiple products.
• Hands‑on expertise with web applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Knowledge of web services (REST, SOAP) and API integration.
• Familiarity with security principles for e‑commerce applications.
