Web Application Developer (PHP, Yii2/CodeIgniter)

About the role

We are seeking a Web Application Developer to join our IT team in Baroda. The role focuses on building and maintaining robust web applications using PHP and modern MVC frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy web applications using PHP, MySQL and MVC frameworks (Yii2 or CodeIgniter).
• Write clean, reusable code following OOP principles.
• Implement front‑end interfaces with HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Integrate and consume REST or SOAP web services.
• Perform requirement analysis, unit testing, and SQL query optimization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and contribute to code reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in web application development.
• Proven experience with at least three projects using Yii2 or CodeIgniter.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies within project timelines.
