Warehouse Operator – Inventory & Shipping

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Operator to manage inventory, handle packaging, and coordinate shipping activities in our Pune facility. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring safe handling of goods, and supporting smooth dispatch processes.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and record incoming stock; maintain up‑to‑date inventory records.
• Conduct periodic physical stock audits and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain proper logs such as GRN, stock transfers, and inward/outward registers.
• Pick and pack orders according to order sheets, applying correct packaging standards.
• Prepare parcels for shipping, generate invoices, shipping labels, and related documentation.
• Track dispatched shipments and update the system accordingly.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, following material handling procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or any graduation degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Basic knowledge of inventory software or MS Excel.
• Ability to lift and move goods safely.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Punctual, responsible, and disciplined work ethic.
