Warehouse Officer – Refinery Project (Assam)

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Officer to support the refinery project in Numaligarh, Assam. The role involves managing material handling, inventory control, and warehouse operations within a heavy‑engineering environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient material receipt, storage, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliations.
• Coordinate with plant maintenance teams to support equipment and material availability.
• Implement and monitor safety and quality standards in the warehouse.
• Utilize SAP MM or other ERP systems for transaction processing and reporting.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, or Heavy Engineering industries.
• Strong knowledge of material handling, inventory control, and plant maintenance processes.
