Warehouse Incharge – Logistics Operations

About the role

The Warehouse Incharge will lead day‑to‑day warehouse operations across multiple locations in Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Maharashtra. This position focuses on managing last‑mile logistics, ensuring smooth inventory flow and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Oversee last‑mile logistics to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Implement safety and compliance procedures to protect staff and goods.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and last‑mile delivery processes.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple locations.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
