Warehouse Incharge

About the role

The Warehouse Incharge will lead warehouse operations across multiple locations in Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Maharashtra. This role focuses on managing day‑to‑day activities, ensuring efficient last‑mile logistics and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse functions, including receiving, storage, order picking and dispatch.
• Coordinate last‑mile logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock levels.
• Implement and monitor safety and compliance procedures.
• Lead and mentor warehouse staff, scheduling shifts and managing performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Familiarity with managing multi‑site warehouse environments.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work onsite in the specified Indian states.
