Warehouse Executive cum Account Assistant

About the role

The Warehouse Executive cum Account Assistant will be based at our Jamshedpur facility and will support both warehouse operations and basic accounting functions. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures smooth inventory flow, accurate packing, and high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliations.
• Oversee packing processes to ensure items are prepared correctly for shipment.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to resolve queries and guarantee timely deliveries.
• Assist with basic accounting and administrative tasks such as invoice preparation and record keeping.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse management and inventory control.
• Hands‑on experience in packing and organizing goods with attention to detail.
• Strong communication abilities for effective coordination with team members and customers.
• Customer‑service orientation to address client inquiries promptly.
• Basic knowledge of accounting or administrative processes is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Familiarity with industry‑specific tools and processes is a plus.
