Warehouse EPU – Material Flow Specialist

About the role

Alstom is seeking a full‑time Warehouse EPU to manage material flow and inventory in its Sabarmati facility. You will work closely with Warehouse, Planning, Industrialisation and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations while complying with EHS and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound material receipt, issuance and dispatch, including SAP transactions.
• Perform physical verification of received goods against invoices and generate E‑way bills for outbound shipments.
• Oversee monthly cycle counting, inventory accuracy and location management.
• Coordinate kitting and issue goods for maintenance requirements.
• Handle NCR material dispatch, in‑house repairs and ensure compliance with the Logistics Handbook.
• Monitor and report KPIs such as inventory accuracy and cycle‑count performance.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and the APSYS roadmap.

Required profile

• Graduation, diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of EHS culture and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• MS Office (Word, Excel)
• SAP (IM & MM modules) for goods movement
• Data analysis and MIS reporting
