Key responsibilities

• Associate Operations: Provide high‑quality support to customers, handle queries and develop communication skills in a global operations environment.
• Executive Operations: Manage end‑to‑end customer queries, deliver solutions and ensure service excellence for global clients.
• Executive – Business Process Services: Perform finance‑related tasks, resolve queries, maintain data accuracy and support seamless daily operations.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational, on‑site environment.
• Associate Operations: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, freshers or up to 6 months experience.
• Executive Operations: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, 6 months to 3 years experience in customer service or backend operations.
• Executive – Business Process Services: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, 6 months to 3 years experience in finance or accounting plus customer service or backend operations.
