Waiter / Waitress – Hospitality Role

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Waiter/Waitress to join our hospitality team at Soho House & Co. The role involves delivering high‑quality service to members and guests across breakfast, lunch, dinner and events, while supporting the overall food and beverage revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in achieving departmental guest‑satisfaction and revenue targets.
• Follow company service standards for all meal periods and events.
• Resolve service or product issues promptly and report incidents to the Restaurant or Club Manager.
• Escort guests, reset tables, and ensure smooth flow of the dining area.
• Check guest satisfaction during each service and act on feedback.
• Carry out side‑jobs, adhere to schedules, and comply with grooming and appearance standards.
• Attend formal training sessions and communicate special requests to supervisors.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment.
• Strong people skills, positive attitude and problem‑solving ability.
• Comfortable using basic systems and handling administrative tasks.
• Ability to motivate and manage a small team.
• Punctual, reliable, trustworthy with a sense of urgency.
• Team player with excellent communication.
• Can‑do attitude and “yes, yes, yes” mentality.
