About the role
We are seeking a confident and experienced Voice and Accent Trainer to enhance the spoken English, pronunciation, and communication skills of our employees. The role focuses on preparing staff for client‑facing positions, especially for US‑based customers, by improving call handling, tone, confidence, and overall professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct voice and accent training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
- Teach neutral accent, pronunciation, clarity, fluency, and sentence formation.
- Deliver call etiquette, email etiquette, and professional communication workshops.
- Coach employees on tone, pace, voice modulation, active listening, and confidence building.
- Run mock calls, role‑plays, listening exercises, and speaking practice.
- Identify communication gaps, create improvement plans, and provide one‑on‑one coaching.
- Assess performance through tests and call observations, and share feedback with HR and operations.
- Prepare training materials, scorecards, checklists, and progress reports.
- Offer refresher training based on performance gaps.
Required profile
- Graduate in any discipline with excellent English communication.
- Prior experience as a Voice and Accent, Communication, Soft‑Skills, or Process Trainer preferred.
- Experience in BPO, KPO, healthcare, customer support, or related industries is a plus.
- Comfortable working night/US shifts and willing to work onsite in Mohali.
- Freshers with strong communication and training ability may also be considered.
Required skills
- Strong verbal and written English proficiency.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Effective presentation, classroom training, and feedback skills.
