Voice Agent – US Voice Process (Chandigarh)

About the role
We are looking for a Voice Agent to join our US Voice Process team in Chandigarh. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, providing product information, and supporting sales efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from US customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Listen actively, ask probing questions, and understand customer needs.
- Provide accurate information about products and services and address objections to drive sales.
- Document all interactions and inquiries in the CRM system.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company offerings, industry trends, and best practices.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work from the Chandigarh office and in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
