About the role
We are seeking experienced Voice and Accent (VNA) Trainers to join our UK Retail process in Pune. The role involves delivering high‑quality VNA training to new hires and existing agents, ensuring they meet international communication standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver VNA training to new hires and existing agents supporting the UK Retail process.
- Design and conduct training modules focused on pronunciation, fluency, tone, and overall communication effectiveness.
- Assess trainee performance, provide structured feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to align training with process requirements.
- Maintain training documentation, generate reports, and track batch performance.
Required profile
- Graduate (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a VNA Trainer, preferably with exposure to international/UK processes.
- Willingness to work UK rotational shifts, including night shifts, with fixed weekend off.
- Prior experience training for international voice processes is preferred.
Required skills
- VNA Certification (optional).
