Veterinary Receptionist – Full‑time

About the role

Join a fast‑growing veterinary practice as the front‑line receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience while supporting the clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors, manage check‑in and check‑out processes.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries about services.
• Maintain accurate patient records and process payments.
• Coordinate communication between clients, veterinarians, and support staff.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, inventory, and ordering supplies.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong customer‑service focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment and handle a fast‑paced setting.
• Willingness to learn veterinary office procedures and obtain relevant certifications.
