Vehicle Operator – Autopilot Data Collection

About the role

We are seeking a motivated self‑starter to join our vehicle data collection team in Delhi. As a Prototype Vehicle Operator you will drive an engineering vehicle for extended periods, capturing audio and camera data that supports testing and training of autonomous driving systems.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the engineering vehicle for 5‑8 hours daily in a designated area while recording data.
• Start and stop recording devices, perform minor equipment or software debugging as needed.
• Analyze data quality after each shift and report findings.
• Provide feedback to improve data‑collection processes.
• Write detailed daily drive reports documenting observations and issues.
• Conduct safety checks on the vehicle before every shift.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and night shifts (night shift includes a 10% premium).
• Ability to travel domestically or internationally as required.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
• Familiarity with Autonomous Driving Systems (ADS)
