Vehicle Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Vehicle Maintenance Technician ensures the fleet’s safety and reliability by performing daily preventative checks, repairs, and state‑required inspections. Working onsite at our facilities serving Bucks and Montgomery Counties, you will keep vehicles road‑ready for school transport, senior‑citizen services, and taxi operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily preventative maintenance checks on all fleet vehicles.
• Perform general repairs, state inspections, and emissions testing.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Document all maintenance activities and follow company safety policies.
• Assist mechanics with routine tasks and support light property maintenance when needed.

Required profile

• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and PA inspection/emission license.
• Own basic hand tools; ASE certification preferred.
• Clean driving record, pass pre‑employment drug screening, and meet age requirements (25‑79).
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.
