Executive – Stores

About the role

The Executive – Stores will manage end‑to‑end store operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, and dispensing materials while complying with SOPs and cGMP guidelines, preparing GRNs, and maintaining daily records such as area cleaning, temperature, humidity, and balance verification.

Key responsibilities

• Receive materials, complete checklists, and store them according to specified conditions.
• Prepare inward entries, generate GRNs, and forward samples to QC for analysis.
• Apply quarantine labels, update stock registers for receipts and issues, and dispense materials to production based on requisitions.
• Maintain daily logs for area cleaning, temperature/RH, and balance verification.
• Coordinate QMS documentation including Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, and OOS.
• Prepare lists of raw materials due for retesting and communicate with QC.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Chemistry.
• 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical store or warehouse operations.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of cGMP guidelines and pharmaceutical warehousing practices.
• Familiarity with QMS processes – Change Control, Deviation, CAPA, and OOS handling.
• Proficiency in inventory and stock management, both manual and SAP‑based registers.
• Understanding of material storage conditions (temperature, humidity, segregation).
• Ability to prepare GRNs and manage inward/outward documentation.
