Van Driver – Non‑Emergency Medical Transportation

About the role

Health Ride Plus is seeking reliable van drivers to provide safe, non‑emergency medical transportation across multiple counties in Pennsylvania. You will transport clients to medical appointments, assist with wheelchairs, and help ensure a comfortable journey.

Key responsibilities

• Safely drive a company van to pick up and drop off clients at scheduled medical appointments.
• Provide respectful assistance, including securing and operating wheelchairs.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules, including after‑hours rotations as needed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.
• Comply with all safety, background, and drug‑screening requirements.

Required profile

• Age 21 + with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check, physical exam, and drug screening.
• Prior professional driving experience is a plus but not required.

Required skills

• Van operation and safe driving practices.
• Wheelchair handling and assistance.
