Value Creation Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Consultant specialized in Value Creation to join our advisory team. The role involves driving transformation and growth projects for clients across industrial sectors, delivering strategic road‑maps, market analyses and commercial due‑diligence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transformation and growth initiatives, defining strategic road‑maps, success KPIs and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Develop business cases and plans supported by rigorous financial and data analysis.
• Conduct commercial and market reviews, strategic studies and business‑plan assessments.
• Perform market sizing, business‑model analysis, competitive benchmarking and survey analysis.
• Identify cost‑optimization opportunities in supply chain, procurement, manufacturing and back‑office functions.
• Work with large, often unstructured datasets to evaluate the impact of change.
• Produce high‑quality written reports and deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with on‑shore KPMG teams on recommendations, business development and thought‑leadership initiatives.

Required profile

• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing or a related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial due‑diligence, value creation or strategy consulting.
• Proven ability to work with senior management in a deal environment.
• Strong analytical, numerical and strategic thinking skills with commercial acumen.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (data modelling) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with research databases such as Capital IQ, Refinitiv and Euromonitor.
• Financial modelling and market sizing techniques.
