US Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven US Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruitment efforts across our label/business unit. The role focuses on attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for US‑based positions while partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for US‑based roles, from sourcing to offer stage.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Conduct cold calling and pitch recruiting services to potential clients.
• Promote staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong cultural and role fit.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track and report recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill and quality of hire.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of US recruitment experience.
• Expertise in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
