About the role
We are looking for a dedicated US IT / NON IT Recruiter to join our team on a night shift basis. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for both technical and non‑technical positions, while supporting employer branding initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for US‑based IT and non‑IT roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and assist throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding activities and promote the company’s image.
Required profile
- Graduate from any stream.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Passion for recruitment and people interaction.
- Previous experience in recruitment is mandatory.
Required skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
What we offer
- Pickup and drop facility.
- Immediate joining (within 15 days).
- Night shift schedule (6 PM – 3:30 AM, Monday to Friday).
